I’ve been waking up for Fajr these last few days and been unable to go back to sleep.

I try not to be too political on this blog but sometimes you just can’t help it.

I go through my dash and it’s full of people talking about Syria and it makes my heart bleed. Innocent people are dying in the most grotesque way whilst the world watches on and does nothing about it.

They do nothing about it because Syria isn’t rich with oil.

Is that all human life is worth?
